Refund Policy

Nutberry does not entertain return requests. However, if a customer receives an incorrect or damaged product, we will either process a refund for the wrongly/damaged delivered item or arrange for the shipment of the correct product, based on the customer's preference communicated through initiated contact. It is essential for customers to initiate such communication within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to cancel or modify it.
